01 Acceptance of terms

By accessing vued.ch and using its services, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the service.

02 Service description

VUED is a financial management tool for the self-employed and freelancers. In particular, it lets you:

  • Calculate a minimum hourly rate based on your personal situation
  • Manage clients, projects and tasks across several levels
  • Plan your work week with a calendar
  • View your projected revenue

The calculations provided by VUED are indicative and do not constitute tax, accounting or legal advice.

03 User account

To access VUED's features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating your account
  • Not share your credentials with third parties
  • Notify VUED immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

04 Plans and pricing

VUED offers two plans:

  • Free plan, access to core features, free with no time limit
  • Pro plan, advanced features, billed at 19 CHF/month with no commitment

Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include all taxes. You can switch between plans at any time from your account.

05 Data ownership

You remain the owner of all the data you enter into VUED (clients, projects, tasks, financial information). VUED claims no ownership rights over your data.

VUED reserves the right to use anonymized and aggregated data to improve the service, in compliance with the GDPR.

06 Limitation of liability

VUED is provided 'as is', without warranty as to the accuracy of its calculations or the continuous availability of the service. VUED cannot be held liable for financial decisions made on the basis of the results provided by the tool.

In no event shall VUED's liability exceed the amounts actually paid by the user over the previous 12 months.

07 Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your user area. Termination results in the permanent deletion of your data within 30 days.

VUED reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of a breach of these terms.

08 Changes

VUED reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Users will be informed of any substantial change by email or through the application interface.

09 Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
