02 Data collected

We use an anonymous, cookie-free analytics tool (Vercel Web Analytics) to understand site traffic (page views, source, device type). This data is aggregated and cannot identify you.

VUED only collects the data necessary for the service to work:

  • Email address and password (authentication)
  • Profile information you provide voluntarily (first name, field, status)
  • Financial data you enter (target salary, expenses, hourly rate)
  • Data on projects, clients and tasks created in the application
  • Anonymized usage data (pages visited, actions)

03 Purposes of processing

Data is used exclusively to:

  • Provide and improve the VUED service
  • Authenticate users and secure accounts
  • Send service-related communications (confirmations, updates)
  • Analyze use of the service in an anonymized way

VUED does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

04 Hosting and security

Data is hosted on Supabase (AWS infrastructure in Europe) and Vercel. These providers are subject to the GDPR and offer appropriate security guarantees.

Passwords are encrypted and never stored in plain text. Communications between your browser and our servers are secured via HTTPS.

05 Retention period

Your data is kept as long as your account is active. If your account is deleted, your personal data is erased within 30 days.

06 Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right to access your personal data
  • Right to rectify inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)
  • Right to data portability
  • Right to object to processing

07 Cookies and advertising

VUED uses cookies that are strictly necessary for the service to work, in particular for your authentication session. These cookies are essential and always active.

When you arrive through a Google ad, VUED may also set advertising cookies through Google Ads, to measure how well our campaigns perform, for example to know that a visit led to a sign-up. These cookies are only set with your consent.

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline these advertising measurement cookies. If you decline, no advertising cookie is set and the site works exactly the same. Your choice is remembered, and you can change it at any time by clearing your browser cookies.

Our site analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) remain anonymous and cookie-free, as stated above.

08 Changes

This policy may be updated. Any substantial change will be notified to you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect.
