I'm a creator or streamer, is it for me?
Yes. VUED has an 'I live off my audience' mode: instead of an hourly rate, it turns your needs into the number of subscribers to reach (Twitch, YouTube, Patreon…), platform commission included. And the quotes, invoices and content calendar serve you for your brand partnerships.
How is my rate calculated?
From what you want to earn (living costs + savings), your real pace (days worked, billable hours, vacation), your business expenses and your canton's tax. VUED derives your minimum rate, below which you lose money, and a recommended rate with a safety margin.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Free gives you your rate calculation, the 'Should I take it?' simulator, up to 3 clients and 5 projects, the weekly planning and the monthly dashboard. Pro unlocks unlimited clients and projects, quotes and invoices, profitability per client, the comparison of your rate to your trade's market, pressure mode and your detailed revenue.
Are my data and payments secure?
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, on secure infrastructure. Payments are handled by Stripe, the global standard for online payment; VUED never sees or stores your card number. And you can delete your account and all your data whenever you want.
Can I make my quotes and invoices?
Yes. Guided quotes (flat-rate or time-based), invoices with your logo and payment tracking, all exportable to PDF. An accepted quote turns into a project in one click.
Is VUED accounting software?
No, not full accounting software. VUED gives you the basics to start well without breaking the bank: your fair rate, your quotes, your QR invoices, payment and revenue tracking. For VAT returns, the balance sheet or year-end closing, you'll keep your accountant or an accounting tool, but VUED prepares clean foundations for them.
Is there any commitment?
No. Pro has no commitment, with a 14-day free trial, and you can cancel anytime from your account.
